They might want to consider doing a factory reset on returned routers in the future, given how this one had been set up by whoever took it home last. Nothing like having your new-to-you router tell you to GFY when you connect to it. (Before I found the altered credentials in the manual, I had already reset the router to factory defaults…took just a few seconds.)
