Finally got to try out the brass catcher…worked like a champ from the start. w00t!

Seems almost criminal not to take advantage of the weather…time to go shooting. (GPS thinks I’m on-base…was at 215 & Lamb.)

Obviously a picture from when Tabitha was still around, as I don’t dress up Malibu. :-) This is from coming up on four years ago, while Toni & Kirk’s pup Sadie was staying with us for a bit. (Oh, what the hell…I’ve not seen Sadie in here yet, so I’ll include her in here too.)

A new toy to speed up ammo loading. It’s set up for .40 S&W…didn’t figure out until I’d done about 10 rounds that I had the wrong primer feeder on the press. Small primers don’t feed worth a crap through the large-primer feeder. Once I had that sorted, I loaded the rest of a box pretty quickly. Four pulls of the handle produce one finished round. With a single-stage press, you do each step on the whole batch, which is a lot of moving brass in and out of the press.
