It’s amazing what a thorough cleaning will do. First time at the range with the Mark II since its dunk in the ultrasonic cleaner, and it’s back to its usual tack-driving self. No malfunctions with either brand of ammo I have on hand.

Ready for happy fun time at the range tomorrow. (Left to right: .40 S&W with my cast bullets, .44 Special with my cast bullets, .44 Magnum with Berry’s plated bullets, and .30-06 with Hornady jacketed bullets. The only cartridges I shoot that I can’t yet reload are 7.62×39 and .22 LR, and the latter pretty much isn’t reloadable in any practical sense.)
