A blast from the past. My first modem was an Applied Engineering DataLink 2400, an internal modem for the Apple II. My last was a USRobotics Sportster Voice 56K external modem (shipped with X2 support, was firmware-upgradable to V.90). I don’t think I ever had anything that supported V.92, as I switched to cable-modem broadband in 2000.

Is it just me, or is she giving off a bit of an Overly Attached Girlfriend vibe?
