Nevada grassroots gun rights group challenges invalid Bloomberg signatures

A statewide group promoting the right to keep and bear arms in Nevada filed a challenge to a “gun control” measure instigated by Michael Bloomberg’s Everytown organization, the Associated Press reported Monday. Nevadans for State Gun Rights notified Secretary of State Ross Miller of irregularities the group maintains should disqualify ballot measure-supporting signatures submitted by Nevadans for Background Checks.

The letter to Sec. Miller, signed by Nevadans for State Gun Rights President Don Turner, contained three requests for invalidation. The first noted petitions delivered after the required submission date. The second pointed out the lack of required affidavits for each page of signatures submitted, and that it specified the wrong county. The third showed an example of an affidavit signed and dated before all the signatures appearing on it had been obtained.

Captured on video outside Lucky River, a Chinese restaurant in San Francisco’s Sunnyside neighborhood, the chef appears to lift and slam two slabs of beef up and down onto the ground.

When a concerned inspector from the city’s health department arrived to question the apparently bemused staff, they simply said the man was attempting to tenderize the meat and ‘defrost’ it by beating it off the concrete.

I’ve not run up against this problem personally, but we’ve all seen the regressives’ attempts to hijack the holidays:

Supposedly progressives are super-informed and Love Science. Indeed, that’s the main “political” argument they’re actually arguing for.

So why is it so many of them seem to need these bluffer’s guides to explain to them why they believe the things they believe?

It doesn’t really make sense, does it? They’re anxious because they’re going to a Thanksgiving dinner where they won’t have an Automatic Affirmation Clap Circle applauding their poses and posturings, but instead might be asked things like “Where are you getting that claim from?”
