Whatever’s been plugged up in my right ear the past few weeks/months (eustachian tube, perhaps?) has finally cleared up. That Labor Day weekend trip to the Grand Canyon was the latest of several episodes where high altitude made my right ear feel like someone was stabbing it with something. A few days ago, something popped…now I’m on a plane, and the stabbing isn’t happening.

So I’m at 37000 feet, trying to buy WiFi. Southwest now offers PayPal as a payment option…cool, don’t have to dig up the debit card. While trying to log into PayPal, I get this screen. Cue sad trombone.

Backed up a few pages, dug up the debit card, and punched it in…now we’re in business.

.. and then on to Beavercreek from there, and to Oktoberfest Zinzinnati tomorrow

Redneck Quiche. :) Just pulled it out of the oven…made with Spam and Velveeta, the latter of which I had left over from another recipe.

Not a bad haul at all from the SNAFU raffle. (The Widmer crowler says it’s an altbier.)
