…and this one’s for Shannon: Ninkasi’s Beatuiful Trouble IPA is a collaboration with Birkenhead Brewing of New Zealand. I know that Nelson Sauvin is a Kiwi hop, and Google tells me thar Pacific Jade is as well. Citra, Mosaic, and Amarillo complete the hop bill.
